The World 187 workshop studio “OPUELIER” specialising in Asian traditional textiles derives its name from the fusion of the terms “Opulent” and “atelier”. OPUELIER strives to promote the awareness and importance of our diverse Asian traditional culture.
OPUELIER provides workshops which allow customers to learn the traditional textiles crafts, at the same time understanding the innovations and motifs behind different heritages. Our brand prioritises the utilisation of traditional handcrafting techniques in textile production, while simultaneously incorporating a contemporary viewpoint, as proven by our fashion fiction. OPUELIER offers a platform for conducting experimental programmes and workshops, which enables individuals to explore historical narratives.
