World 208, Exploration A

In World 208, people wear their emotions. In this world, bodies don’t exist. People are their thoughts, feelings, and opinions.

This installation enables people in our world to get a sense of life in the parallel world. Three rooms are based on the three heaviest emotions that follow up on each other.

The first one is feeling fear, maybe fear of an outcome of a situation or experience, or fear of the unknown, then feeling the anger of the response to that situation, or what I could have done or should have done, and the last is the sadness that becomes from feeling the intense emotion of anger.

This Exploration was contributed by Klara Dvorackova (located in UK / Czech Republic), developed from a World she contributed, using a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International licence which allows others to share and adapt the work in any medium and for any purpose, providing that they credit the authors and share their material using the same Creative Commons licence.

Does this World remind you of something?

I am keen to hear about any historical or contemporary real-world examples – whether individual practices, subcultures or mainstream activities – that this fiction brings to mind.

Please share any such examples using this form. Thank you!
